Frantschach Consulting increases productivity with PlanMill PSA solution

Press release June 17, 2003 - PlanMill Ltd, part of TJ Group Plc and a provider of browser-based and user-friendly PSA (Professional Services Automation) solutions, announced today that Frantschach Consulting GesmbH, the internal IT service provider of the Frantschach Group, one of the world’s leading producers of high quality sack kraft papers and industrial sacks, has successfully deployed a browser-based PlanMill’s PSA solution to its management, business consultants, project managers and external partners.

Frantschach will use the PlanMill PSA system for streamlined real-time project, personnel, time and expense management as well as invoicing processes.

According to Hans Havel, the CFO of Frantschach Consulting, the company was looking for a user-friendly, browser-based system with support for real-time operations for managing their demanding internal development and service delivery projects. At the same time, they wanted to ensure that the selected PSA solution will continue to fulfill the demands of Frantschach’s customer-specific business requirements also in the future.
