Nitro chooses PlanMill PSA for its international growth

Nitro FX Ltd has chosen web-based PSA solution (Professional Services Automation) from PlanMill to support its growing international business. The real-time service (SaaS) will provide for all Nitro's offices in Finland, Latvia and Estonia.

With the new PSA solution Nitro enhances its processes involving customer relations, control of personnel, projects and also key financial processes, like billing. The new PSA solution replaces Nitro's old self-made and self-developed as well as Excel-based systems.

According to Nitro's CEO Pasi Niittymäki the company was in urgent need to find a system that will provide them support in different countries and can grow as their business needs develop.

- We wanted to find a unifying system easy enough for creative staff to use and also allow our staff to work from various locations, says Niittymäki.

PSA solution with flexibility

Nitro wanted to ensure that the chosen PSA solution will allow them to grow further into new countries and new markets.

- For us the system flexibility and ability to add features with our needs was vital. Also it needed to be easily integrated into our outsourced accounting management system. I trust that PlanMill PSA will support us today and also in three years time when our business has again surely moved ahead, summarizes Pasi Niittymäki of their decision.
